Campus Technology

As a VFCC student, your child will have ready access to the kind of technology you’d expect on a much larger campus. They get connected to our state-of-the-art campus-wide network and blazing fast 300Mbps Internet connection. Each living space on campus is also equipped with a wired network port to reach the same resources while connected with a wire. Throughout the campus, they’ll find 150+ wireless access points to reach the network resources and surf the Internet from their college-issued laptop.

When your child arrives on campus, he/she will be equipped with a laptop, thanks to the Connect2 program that is unique only to VFCC. This connection to the world outside of the college campus makes it easier for you to stay in touch with your child. We want to provide the greatest level of technology that we can and save you the cost of having to purchase a brand new computer when your child starts their educational journey at VFCC.
