Are you an alum of Valley Forge Christian College? Our Alumni area is made just for you.
Students who desire to serve in a student leadership position must be in good standing with the College (chapel attendance, financial matters, etc.), maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and be registered for nine or more credit hours. Some organizations and positions require a higher GPA.
The Student Government Association (SGA) is the organizational representative of the student body. The main purpose of SGA is to serve as a liaison, representing the student body to groups both inside and outside the College. SGA is composed of the Executive Committee, Class Councils and additional representatives. Executive SGA Officers are elected each spring to oversee all the activities of SGA and to serve on the Executive Committee. All positions are scholarship positions and are available to any student on the Valley Forge Christian College campus who is eligible to run (eligibility standards are available in the Office of Student Life). These students serve as an advocate for student concerns, promote College traditions and events, and serve as a liaison between the Student Body and the Administration. In addition to the Executive Officers, each class also elects a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and Student Activities Coordinator. The SGA Office is located in the back of The Anvil. Announcements regarding upcoming events are posted on the bulletin board outside the main entrance to the Dining Commons.
The Missions Committee exists to inspire VFCC students to participate in global evangelism. The committee seeks to expose students to a variety of mission fields and to provide opportunities for students to pray for, give to and be involved in home and foreign missions.
You are encouraged to enhance your own growth by entering into mentoring relationships with faculty members, staff members and mature students for the purpose of discipleship and personal growth.
