Valley Forge Christian College and Sodexo Food Services provide you with two dining experiences at the Dining Commons and Jazzman's Cafe.

Sodexo Food Services

Sodexo Food Services proudly provides dining services to the students, faculty and staff at Valley Forge Christian College. Sodexo staff members adhere to the highest standards of food handling and all facilities are regularly inspected by the Health Department. All dining service managers, lead cooks and many service personnel are certified by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in safe food handling procedures. It is our pleasure to serve you and we look forward to seeing you enjoy our offerings.

The Dining Commons

Offering hot entrees and vegetables, pasta dishes, a soup kiosk, salad bars, a homemade pizza station, deli case, cooking station and grill station, you will find something you like at the Dining Commons. Ethnic and vegetarian choices are also available. Throughout the year the Dining Commons hosts many themed-meal events. There’s also a wide selection of beverages, juices and desserts. The Dining Commons is a place where the whole community, faculty, staff and students join together to share a meal.

Jazzman's Cafe & Bakery

Jazzman's Cafe & Bakery invites you to wake up and smell the fresh-brewed coffees, kick back and relax and enjoy a gourmet salad or hearty sandwich on focaccia bread or, during busy times, get great food on the go. The two options offer many special dining opportunities and serve as a gathering place for the whole VFCC community. Whether you are on your laptop enjoying the wireless capabilities or taking a break from your studies, we are dedicated to providing great customer service and a variety of quality foods.

Meal Plans for Resident Students

Whether you live on or off campus, meal plans are a convenient way to obtain meals while on campus. Meal plans are pre-paid at the beginning of each semester, keeping you from having to carry cash each day for food purchases.

As a student you have a choice of three meal plan options:

  • 140 block plan 
  • 190 block plan 
  • 19 meals per week* 

*First year students are required to be on the 19 Meal Plan

Meals are provided when the college is in session and during some academic breaks. For specific information about meal service dates please see the Meal Plan Calendar.

Brunch: 12:00 Noon - 2:00 pm
Dinner: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
